The Programme Board meets 4 times per year, and has a delegated responsibility for performance management, with a focus on improving outcomes for children and young people.
Membership comprises the Strategic Leads from the Every Child Matters groups (Being Healthy, Staying Safe, Enjoying & Achieving, Making a Positive Contribution, Having Economic Wellbeing, Having Supportive Families Friends and Communities), along with the Executive Director of Connexions, and the Safeguarding Manager
